Our Cancellation and Refund policy:

Cancellation of a confirmed tour will result in the following Cancellation charges:

4 - 6 weeks prior to departure: 40% of Tour Cost

2 - 4 weeks prior to departure: 60% of Tour Cost

0 - 2 weeks prior to departure: 100% of Tour Cost

No refund will be made for any portion of the tour unused because of a cancellation or change made by participants themselves whilst on the tour
